Our process is divided into two parts:

1. The First Consultation.
We are an appointment only salon, this allows us to offer each client a private, one on one consultation. During this appointment, we’ll try on various wigs until we find a suitable style and colour that you feel comfortable with. We have approximately 50 wigs on display.

2. Ordering and Fitting
Once you’ve chosen your preferred style, we will place the order. Delivery times can range from a few days up to three weeks, and in some cases, up to six weeks.

When your order arrives, we will contact you to schedule your second appointment. During this visit, you can try on your new wig. If you're happy with it, you’re welcome to take it home that day. If you’d like any adjustments, such as thinning, layering, or fringe modifications, we can carry out these changes during this appointment.

Additionally, you will receive a guide on how to care for and wash your wig to ensure it stays looking its best.
